GAME REALMS CALIFORNIA Service Policies
Game Realms reserves the right to refuse to provide services, or otherwise terminate services in progress, for health and sanitation reasons. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the presence of cockroaches or other insects housed inside of devices, the presence of toxic and/or corrosive substances, etc.
Pre-existing corrosion, wear or damage within an item may prevented services from being effectively rendered. This includes, but is not limited, damage caused by rust, stripped and/or broken screw holes, battery acid, and cracks or gulfs within the plastic casing. Such damage may not be readily detected upon initial inspection.
Game Realms is not an authorized service dealer, and should not be considered as such. Any services provided may void the manufacturer’s warranties, if still in effect. Customers are advised to contact official hardware and software manufacturers first, when applicable, before seeking repair services from any third party.
Applicable fees must be paid up front. If qualified staff is absent or otherwise unable to provide service on the same day items are dropped off, services will be rendered at the nearest possible convenience upon staffer’s next available shift. Game Realms will attempt to provide a clear timeframe, but please note that scheduling and staff availability may be subject to change.
All items left with Game Realms must be picked up, with all applicable post-service fees paid in full, within 30 days. Failure to do say may result in forfeiture of property as collateral for services rendered.
Repairs provided by Game Realms are warrantied for 30 days.
Refurbishing services are warrantied for 90 days.
Please keep track of all receipts, and handle your property with care. Failure to do so may cause any warranties provided to be rendered void, resulting in additional service fees.
